Scope and evidence / 03
Hosting, cloud, and reliability.
A system is not finished when it deploys. It has to stay online, stay fast, and tell someone when it does not.
Overview
We set up, launch, and watch the systems so they stay online, stay fast, and do not surprise you with bills. If something fails, you know before your customers do.
01 / The fit
Who it is for
- A team running a product with no clear owner for deployment or uptime.
- A system that has grown into several services and an unpredictable bill.
- A founder who needs a reliable launch without hiring a full infrastructure team.
02 / The work
What the work covers
- Deployment that a person can repeat and, where sensible, automate.
- Hosting and network setup with the security headers and backups that fit the risk.
- Monitoring, alerts, and a simple runbook for the failures that matter.
- Performance work on the real pages and the real devices.
- A cost review with the bill tied to the traffic and the architecture.
- A handover with access, diagrams, and the operating notes.
03 / The shape
How it runs
- 01
See
We map the current deployment, cost, traffic, and the first failure that would hurt.
- 02
Stabilise
We make deployment repeatable, add the missing guardrails, and remove the obvious waste.
- 03
Watch
We set alerts and a runbook, then hand over the controls.

06 / Questions
Questions we hear.
Do you work with our current provider?
Yes, if it is the right fit. We review the current deployment before recommending a move. A migration has a cost and a risk, and both need a reason.
Can you monitor a system you did not build?
Yes. We start with a read-only review, agree what should alert, and avoid changing the production path until the baseline is understood.
What about backups and recovery?
We agree what needs a backup, how often, where it lives, and who can restore it. A backup that has never been restored is only a hope.
